My first year shooting the Harmony Energy Harrogate 10K! It would be very remiss to not mention Andrew Hawkes - knowing each other and shooting the Bed Race together (I guess technically I'm his second shooter for the Bed Race) I asked him if he'd be willing to help me shoot the 10K which he agreed to.
Another event, another success as far as we can tell!
Results were first male and female across the line last year - Cal Mills of Leeds City AC and Emily Gibbins of Ilkley Harriers.
