2019 | Yorkshire

Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate this year. Not only had we had quite a bit of rain in the run up to the big day (which meant that the river was higher than usual, forcing the divers and marshals to have to keep much closer tabs on the runners (swimmers?) than normal, but for most of the day itself we were standing in showers.

Luckily, my camera is weather-sealed, but that doesn't stop rain getting on the lens - hence much lens cleaning went on throughout the day!
